Snooze messages until you need them, and let rules file new mail for you. Find any message in seconds, and undo a mistake with one shortcut.
Archived, deleted or moved something by mistake? Press ⌘Z or Ctrl+Z, and it’s back. Press again to undo the step before, even after you reload the page.
Snooze a message, and it comes back to the top of your inbox at the time you pick. With Send later, your message goes out at the time you choose, even when SiteBirdy is closed. With Remind me if no reply, a message you sent comes back to the top if nobody answers.
Rules move, label, snooze or answer new mail as soon as it arrives. They run on the server, so they work even when SiteBirdy is closed. Before you save a rule, you see how many messages in your inbox it matches. You can also set an out-of-office reply for each mailbox.
Search every mailbox and folder at once, and narrow the search with filters such as from:, has:attachment and after:. Save a search as a smart folder, and new mail that matches shows up there by itself. You can also give messages labels, each with an emoji you pick.
