With more than one mailbox, choose the one to send from in the From field. The list shows each mailbox with the name and address people will see. Switching mailbox also switches the signature. A new message starts from the mailbox you last sent from, or from the one you made the default in Settings › Mailboxes. In the folders of one mailbox, it starts from that mailbox. A reply goes out from the mailbox the message arrived in.
