All mail from a sender in one click

Click the sender’s name on an open message to see how many messages they sent you. All mail from them opens as one list, just what is in your inbox or everything, with the folder of each message that isn’t in your inbox. From the same menu you can write to them, add them to your contacts, make them a Priority sender or see more about them. After you unsubscribe from a newsletter, you can also open their mail as a list before you archive or delete it.

SiteBirdy is in Claude’s connector directory

In Claude, open the connector directory and add SiteBirdy, or choose Add SiteBirdy in Claude in Settings › Connected apps. Claude then sends you to SiteBirdy: sign in, see what it asks for, choose what it may do and reach, and choose Allow. Sending email stays off unless you tick it, and you can change or disconnect Claude at any time in Connected apps.

SiteBirdy now works with Gmail

Add a mailbox with your Gmail address and SiteBirdy shows how to make the app password Gmail asks for, in three steps with links to Google’s pages. Company mail that runs on Gmail (Google Workspace) works too. Your folders, Archive and sent mail work the way they do in Gmail: nothing is saved twice and nothing gets lost.

Forward several messages at once

Select the messages you want to pass on and choose Forward under More, or press F. One new email opens with their texts one after another, each under its own header, and all their attachments. Handy for sending a few invoices to your bookkeeper in one go.

Selected mail stays selected

Select a few messages and move them to a folder: they stay in the list, still selected, and show what happened, such as Moved to Clients. So you can do more with them right away, for example take them out of Priority too. When you’re done, clear the selection or select other mail, and they go. This also works when you select many messages at once with Select all. Later, Select again in Activity selects the same messages again.

SiteBirdy is much faster

Lists now come up in a fraction of a second, also with many mailboxes: an inbox of 34,000 messages opens in under half a second. Folded lines and groups open at once, and a message shows its first lines straight away while the rest comes in. When you open SiteBirdy again, it starts where you left off and brings everything up to date in the background.

In SiteBirdy for Mac and Windows, press ⌘F (Ctrl+F on Windows) to find a word on the page, also in the open message, just like in a browser. All matches are highlighted. Press Enter to go to the next one, and Escape to close the search bar.

Handle all mail in a folded line at once

In your inbox, newsletters, notifications and receipts are folded into one line each. Right-click such a line to archive, move or delete all of its mail at once. To select all of it, ⌘-click the line (Ctrl-click on Windows).

Clean up after unsubscribing

When you unsubscribe from a mailing list, SiteBirdy offers to archive or delete the mail from that list that is still in your inbox, all at once. Changed your mind? Undo puts everything back.

Website icons for senders

Messages from a company now show the icon of its website instead of initials: in the message list, in the open message, in Priority and on Today. Fake addresses, and addresses that imitate a real one, never get an icon. Prefer initials? Turn the icons off in Settings › Appearance.

Group mail from senders you choose

Choose Group mail from… on a message to add its sender, or everyone at that domain, to a group. In your inbox, all mail from the group then appears as one line with the group’s name and the number of new messages. Open the line to see the messages.

Move mail between your mailboxes

Move to folder… now lists the folders of all your mailboxes, and you can also drag mail onto a folder of another mailbox. Messages keep their read status, flag and date. One Undo moves everything back.

Sent, Drafts and Archive for all your mailboxes

If you have two or more mailboxes, the sidebar now shows Sent, Drafts and Archive for all of them together, newest first. Each message shows the name and colour of its mailbox.

Report spam also blocks the sender

When you report a message as spam, SiteBirdy now also blocks the sender, so their next messages go straight to Junk. Someone you have emailed before, or who is in your contacts, is not blocked automatically: you get a Block sender button instead, so you decide. Undo reverses both. You can turn this off in Settings › Senders.

One message menu, in your order

The menu for a message is now the same everywhere: when you right-click a message in the list, in an open message, and for selected messages. You choose the order of its actions in Settings › Appearance › Message menu.
