Mail that didn’t arrive

See which emails a mail server sent back, and why, and send them again.

When a mail server can’t deliver your email, it sends a report back. SiteBirdy matches it to the email you sent: Not delivered shows on that email and in Sent, or Delayed while your mail server is still trying, with the reason in plain words and Edit and send again. When an email isn’t delivered, you get a notice as soon as the report reaches your inbox, even when one of your rules files it away. For a while after you send, SiteBirdy also looks for reports in Junk and Trash, where your mail server’s own filter may put them. While you write, SiteBirdy warns about attachments Gmail refuses, such as a program hidden in a zip. Reports about mail you never sent go to Junk by themselves.
