Next to the title of the message list, Up to date turns into a small button while SiteBirdy works on something, with the number of tasks. Open it to see each task, how far it is and about how long it still takes, and to stop it. It also shows a mailbox whose mail is being imported, and messages that are sent one by one. Several tasks can run at once: each one keeps working on the mail you chose, so you can pick other mail and start another task meanwhile, and the folded line it works on shows its progress too. Under Just finished you can undo a task, select its messages again, or go on with one you stopped.
