Admins choose Add a mailbox for the team, or Give to the team on a mailbox they added themselves. Then they share it with the people or groups who answer its mail. When adding a mailbox in Settings, admins can also pick the team under Whose mailbox is it? Members see only the team’s mailboxes they answer.
