Next to a person whose sign-in the team made, choose Add mailbox and connect their email address. It becomes their own mailbox and their address for meetings. People with such a sign-in can’t add mailboxes themselves. Until they have one, they see “No mailbox is shared with you yet”, but their calendar, contacts and notes already work.
