Outlook and Microsoft 365
Add an Outlook.com, Hotmail or Microsoft 365 address: you sign in with Microsoft, and SiteBirdy never sees your password.
Type your Outlook, Hotmail or Live address in Add a mailbox and choose Sign in with Microsoft: on Microsoft’s own page you sign in and allow SiteBirdy to read and send your mail. Back in SiteBirdy, choose Connect mailbox. Company mail at Microsoft 365 works too, when the company allows it. Should Microsoft ever end the access, SiteBirdy asks you to sign in again, and nothing is lost.
