Inbox 39

Gmail lets other mail apps in with an app password, not with your Google password. Type your Gmail address in Add a mailbox and SiteBirdy shows how to make one, in three steps with links to Google’s pages. Company mail that runs on Gmail (Google Workspace) works too. Gmail’s All Mail is your Archive, deleting a folder keeps its mail there, and what you send is in Sent once.

Where to find it: Settings → Mailboxes → Add mailbox
Who can use it: Everyone with a Gmail address, or company mail on Gmail
