SiteBirdy knows the names of your contacts, your team and the people you write to. When a message uses one of those names but the part after the @ is different, you see a warning. It shows the address that person usually writes from. A message that uses your own name from an address that isn't yours gets a warning too. To avoid false alarms, mailing lists, no-reply senders and addresses you have written to before don't get this warning.
